Virtual Energy Session

The Initial session: 60 or 90 minutes, includes intake, assessment, goal setting, feedback and self-care tips. $120.00

Day of the appointment: I will call you to check in on your goals for the session via either the telephone or Skype or Zoom.

During the Session: You need to be in a relaxed position either in a lounge chair with you feet up or lying on a bed. Choose a place where you will not be disturbed by people, pets, phone or the need to go to the bathroom.

This is a special time for you. It is all about you letting everything else go.

Take three long slow breaths and sink into the surface you are reclining on. Allow this time for thoughts to come and go, do not focus on any one thought. Allow the energy to flow through you.

Experiences vary from deep relaxation to emotional release. State your intention to yourself and open your heart for the experience.

After the session: I will call you to share my thoughts and experience and provide you with some self-care suggestions.
