You are Intuitive

What is Intuition?

From birth you are intuitive. We are blessed with being intuitive beings of light with wisdom that cannot be learned or unlearned. This inner wisdom is the essence of who we really are, always were and always will be. The wisdom from every life and experience is permanently infused in our energy field. Our intuition accesses this inner wisdom that is always available to us even when we forget. We are divine light and we come from a divine loving universe.

Intuition Is A Gift.

Intuition is a great gift we receive as human beings, it is wired in us before we are born. We must honor this incredible gift. It is when we follow our personal truths we flow with life more easily. When we ignore or refuse to listen we can become afraid, lost, confused and suffer. Our heart is a vessel of this wisdom, what we know to be true in our hearts is invariably true.
By opening up to and trusting your intuition you discover how intensely beautiful and useful self-trust can be. Intuition is not subject to the physical world demands, revenge or to tell you what to do. It is a kind voice, loving you and your highest possibilities and best good. Who or what in this world unequivocally supports your best interests with every beat of your heart? After all, it is the true essence of who you are.

Intuition Can Be A Gut Instinct.

It could be a gut sense that something is going to happen or has happened. We all have it just as we have the five senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch, and smell. Fine tuning this sixth sense is a skill. An individual who has honed their ability to recognize musical notes has a more acute sense of hearing. A connoisseur of fine wine or food may be able to detect subtle ingredients through a well-developed sense of taste.

You can develop your intuition.

  • Observe your present state of mind, thoughts, words, and actions. Tune into your environment and notice what you find.

  • Learn to identify when your intuition is working or not working. You need to feed and water a plant to grow, so too your intuition needs to be fed, nurtured, developed and observed to blossom and bear fruit.

Some Things to do to Heighten your Intuition.

  • Listen to your inner voice, this is your essence, the divine you. The you that chose to come into this world from the divine loving universe.

  • Trust your inner wisdom and trust yourself more than anyone else even when you cannot see the beautiful truth hidden in the moment. Your inner wisdom will always guide you in the direction you need to travel.

  • Take time for solitude – silence is a key that gives rise to creative thinking, daydreaming, and imagining.

  • Mindfulness meditation or mindful activities can help you filter out mental chatter. Practice observing everything and keep a journal – color, shapes, synchronicities, objects, animals, etc.… Paying attention to your own experiences in a non-judgmental way allows you to see more clearly.

  • Meditating is a way to increase intuition, compassion, creativity and peace.

  • Pay attention to dreams, intuition and dreams come from our subconscious, you can get a lot of information.

  • Listen to your body signals, gut feelings a physical sensation in the body alerting you that something is wrong. Our heart can alert us as well.

  • Slow down your pace. Few things stifle intuition as easily as constant busyness, multitasking, connectivity to digital devices, stress and burnout.

  • Let go of negative emotions. Strong emotions — particularly negative ones — can cloud our intuition.

  • Try positive thinking and choose your words and thoughts consciously. Observe when you feel out of sorts and examine the language you use to describe your circumstances. Do you use loving kind words? If so, come up with a more loving kind word or phrase to tell you about yourself.

Individuals Who Are Intuitive.

Individuals who are intuitive often rely on their imagination, ideas, and possibilities. They may dream more, fantasize and question why things happen the way they do, always feeling slightly detached from the actual, concrete world. Left-brain logical thinkers can block their intuition because they rely on rational thought. Running all decisions through their brain.
If this is you, then pause to check in with your thoughts and allow them to rest while you access your intuition consciously will help. I will talk more about how to do that later in the session. The first thing is to realize which type are you naturally. Are you intuitive some of the time, most of the time, or rarely. Notice where and when your intuition seems to always flow or never flow and build from there.
